fbabee Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Definitions

"fbabee", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the fbabee platform and its operating entity. "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the fbabee platform. "Platform" refers to the fbabee website available at https://fbabee.bet and any related mobile web application. "Services" refers to all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment facilities, and support functions made available through the Platform. "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the Platform. "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the fbabee platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the fbabee Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

fbabee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the version number and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register an Account and use the fbabee Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. fbabee strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity verification documents at any time to confirm age.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by fbabee for a violation of these terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of fbabee or any of its game technology providers.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the fbabee Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. fbabee will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account details.

You must notify fbabee's support team immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. fbabee reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation if we detect unusual activity that suggests a potential security breach.

All transactions, bets, and game plays conducted through your Account are your responsibility, regardless of whether they were carried out by you or by any person who accessed your Account with or without your permission.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All funds on the fbabee Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fbabee does not hold player funds in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available through approved banking partners)

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and are displayed within your Account dashboard. fbabee does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same Account, subject to successful identity and payment verification. fbabee reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile financial service withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

fbabee may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• fbabee reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• If fbabee determines that a Player has attempted to abuse any promotion — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic bonus exploitation strategies — fbabee reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the Account.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time limit specified in the promotion. Unfulfilled bonus funds will expire at the end of that period.

7 Sports Betting Rules

fbabee offers pre-match and in-play sports betting across a range of markets, with particular depth in cricket including the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to the bet being confirmed by the fbabee system. In the event of a technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, fbabee reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of fbabee and may be suspended or rejected during live events. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded will be voided.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, settlement will follow the specific rules applicable to that sport, as published in the fbabee Sports Betting Rules document available in the Help section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may be adjusted by fbabee at any time.

8 Casino Games and Fairness

All casino games available on the fbabee Platform — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, bingo, and virtual sports — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The random number generators and game outcomes produced by these providers are independently audited for fairness.

fbabee does not manipulate game outcomes. The results of all games are determined entirely by the certified random number generation systems of our technology partners. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the relevant game provider and may be displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including a disconnection, server error, or software fault — all affected game rounds will be reviewed. If the outcome of a game round cannot be independently verified, the stakes for that round will be returned to the Player's Account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fbabee Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under your own identity or using false, borrowed, or synthetic identity information.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are void.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any unlawful financial activity.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any support interaction.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing fbabee staff or other players through any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

fbabee is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time reminders from within their Account dashboard. Players who believe their gambling may be becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion feature, which prevents access to the Account for a selected cooling-off period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the fbabee Platform — including but not limited to the fbabee brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data — is the intellectual property of fbabee or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any content on the fbabee Platform without our express prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fbabee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

fbabee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. We will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Platform availability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

fbabee's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting fbabee support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, fbabee will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the Account. Closure requests submitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated pending winnings.

fbabee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where required by applicable law. In cases of suspension due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, any balance held in the Account may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a material breach.

14 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the fbabee Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support contact within a reasonable period, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. fbabee's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and Account standing is final, subject to the outcome of any applicable formal dispute resolution process.
